At Up!, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your personal data remains strictly confidential. This statement outlines our data collection and handling practices.
We operate under a strict data minimization policy. We store only what the app needs to function: the account information you provide during registration (name, username, and email address), your profile picture if you add one, the availability entries and comments you choose to share, and a push notification token for your device so we can deliver notifications. No advertising identifiers, behavioral tracking data, or location data are collected.
We do not sell, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Your data is processed only by the infrastructure providers that operate the app on our behalf — Supabase (data storage and authentication) and Google Firebase (push notification delivery) — and is used solely to provide the app's core functionality.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
